Delivery Information

Your Order will take approximately 2 weeks from the date shown on the order confirmation to be ready for delivery unless a specific date has been given by prior agreement. If your chosen fabric is out of stock, delays may occur and we will notify you of these delays as soon as possible.

Online products sold on Akoni's website are intended for self-collection only.

Special delivery arrangements, however, can be made upon customers' requests:

1) Each item to be delivered shall be charged at $5 per item per trip.

2) Deliveries shall be made only during office hours and to locations within Singapore only.

3) Customers shall receive the goods in person or appoint an authorized representative.  

In order not to incur unnecessary charges, it is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate.
